Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy explains how Pisgah Local Marketing ("we", "us") handles information on this website (pisgahlocal.com) and in our client dashboard, a web application that our clients use to see their Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Local Services Ads data in one place.
Google user data. Pisgah Local Marketing's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form and email. Your name, business name, email, phone number and message, when you send them to us.
- Google user data, through the dashboard. Only after an authorized person at a client business signs in with Google and grants access. Depending on what is granted, this can include Business Profile information (business details, locations, reviews, performance metrics), Google Ads data (campaign settings and performance) and Local Services Ads data (lead records, which can include a consumer's name and phone number).
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website.
2. How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features of the dashboard for the client who granted access:
- to display that client's profiles, reviews, performance, ads and leads;
- to prepare reports for that client;
- to make changes the client has requested and approved, such as replying to a review or updating business hours.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not use it to build profiles for any other purpose, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. People on our team can read Google user data only when it is needed to support the client, for security, or to comply with law.
3. Sharing
We do not share Google user data with anyone. We do not sell or rent any personal information. Data is processed on our own cloud infrastructure, which our hosting providers operate for us under their terms; they do not receive the right to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep data
- Data received from the Google Business Profile APIs is stored for no more than 30 days. After that it is deleted or refreshed from Google.
- Other Google user data is kept only while the client's access is active, and is deleted when access ends, as described below.
- Contact-form messages and emails are kept as long as needed to answer and serve you, then deleted.
5. Disconnecting and deleting your data
- You can remove the dashboard's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or remove our manager access on your Business Profile.
- You can ask us to disconnect and delete your data by emailing [email protected]. We complete the disconnection within 7 business days and delete the stored data.
6. Security
Access tokens and secrets are stored encrypted in a dedicated secret store, never in our code. Access to client data is limited to the people who need it, and every action taken on a client's accounts is logged.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and we will notify clients of material changes before they apply.
